Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of immigration law experience (business, family, humanitarian, or removal defense reputed company).
- Proficiency in USCIS, EOIR, and federal immigration procedures.
- Exceptional writing skills.
- Strong organizational and accountability skills, proven record of meeting deadlines and productivity goals.
- Familiarity with Jira or equivalent project/case management tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
