Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and reputed company technical solutions that support People Technology and Analytics capabilities.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience as a program/item director or solutions architect in a technical team, preferably in the People reputed company.
• A BA/BS degree in quantitative, business, or reputed company technical fields, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of People data, including reputed company and other regulatory considerations.
• Proficiency working with data warehouses (e.g., reputed company, Redshift) and reputed company data pipelines connecting multiple systems.

• Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks, with a keen eye for process improvement and scalability.
