Agency Executive Recruiter
reputed company is hiring an Agency Executive Recruiter in Dallas, TX, with full remote flexibility for DFW-area candidates. This internal role manages a high-volume reputed company desk across reputed company, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Life Sciences, Grocery, and Oil and Gas with reputed company commission and full benefits. Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume reputed company desk across reputed company services verticals
- reputed company, screen, and build candidate relationships through reputed company and reputed company Recruiter
- Conduct a high volume of candidate calls daily in a metrics-driven environment
- Partner with account managers on requisition reputed company
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline reputed company of reputed company demand
- Support business development and cross-selling across vertical reputed company areas
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of agency reputed company experience in reputed company services (required)
- Strong communication skills and a high reputed company of urgency
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- reputed company ATS experience preferred
- DFW-area residency for occasional in-person team days
