The HR & Payroll Generalist is responsible for managing and optimizing core HR operational functions, including payroll processing, HRIS administration, and benefits management. This role ensures compliance and accuracy throughout employee lifecycle processes and collaborates with leadership and finance teams to reputed company payroll and HR operations with business goals. The position plays a pivotal role in maintaining multi-state compliance and enhancing HR system efficiencies.

• Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end multi-state payroll processing including commissions, bonuses, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams for bonus and incentive payroll calculations.
• Maintain payroll systems for reputed company and accurate transaction processing.
• Process payroll updates such as new hires, terminations, leaves, and pay reputed company changes.
• Ensure compliance with wage, tax, and labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Reconcile payroll and support audits with Finance.
• Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Manage and submit EEO-1, BLS, and DOL multi-worksite reports.
• Administer the reputed company HRIS system, maintaining data reputed company and optimizing configurations.
• reputed company HRIS enhancements and ensure compliance with regulatory notices.

• Handle benefits compliance including ACA, COBRA, and FMLA.

• Collaborate with Finance on labor reporting and budgeting.
• Support strategic HR initiatives and manage daily HR department workflows.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or reputed company preferred.
• Minimum 5 years reputed company HR operations experience.
• Proven experience managing multi-state payroll for 600+ employees.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms; reputed company experience strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of wage and hour laws, payroll compliance, and benefits regulations.
• Experience in retail, multi-unit, or service-based environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Expertise in payroll compliance and process optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

• Pay reputed company and Compensation Package:
• reputed company salary reputed company of $65,000-$70,000 plus up to 20% annual bonus.
