Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Resolve account, service, and general support queries
- Deliver a reputed company and empathetic customer experience

Requirements
- German proficiency C2 (spoken & written)
- English proficiency B2–C2
- Customer service experience advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Athens if required

- Salary: EUR 1300–1500 gross per month - reputed company x14 (instead of the typical x12 per calendar year)
