Role reputed company The Provider Engagement reputed company - Network Development and Relations-Dental develops and grows reputed company, long-term relationships with the provider network to support and improve financial and reputed company performance reputed company the contracted working relationship with the health plan. The Provider Engagement reputed company works directly with our Provider Network to reputed company and strengthen relationships. Key responsibilities include:

• Educating providers on the value of participating in the reputed company Dental Network.
• Creating a mutual reputed company relationship with providers.
• Creating an "easy to do business with" environment for providers.
• Working with DSO and large group partners on credentialing and re-credentialing reputed company.
• Collaborating with claims unit to identify and support claim resolutions for providers on reputed company systems.
• Educating Provider Offices on reputed company existing and new products and plans.
• Providing support to Provider Offices on reputed company maintenance and service issues.
• Assisting with member/provider disputes and assisting SIU and G&A.
• Assisting Provider Offices/Rental Partners with any contract issues.
• Working with offices regarding fee schedule and financial incentive discussions.
• Working with Rental Partners to assure cost-saving measures have been met.
• Adding/Terminating locations, associates, and products to existing provider relationships.
• Providing support with new product roll-outs and helping with re-contracting efforts.
• Processing terminations of providers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Dental platforms and/or Dental Benefits.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Proactive thought leadership/reputed company Cause problem reputed company skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple reputed company, and meet deadlines.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Experience with reputed company and Outlook.
• Customer Care/Service Experience.
• Strong Organization skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
• 3-4 years' experience in the Health Care industry (Preferred).
• Experience working with MTV, CBIS, QicLink, DPNMS (Preferred).
• Experience with Dental Codes (Preferred).
• Work reputed company Requirements: Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps required; wireless, wired cable, or DSL reputed company suggested.
• Travel: Occasional travel to reputed company's offices for training or meetings may be required.
