Part-time or PRN Hospice Aide (CNA / reputed company Assistant) for Christian Hospice Provider

Our Hospice Aides are paraprofessional members of the interdisciplinary group for those individuals in our care. Responsibilities

• Represent reputed company with the utmost professionalism and reputed company
• Serve as a member of the patient’s clinical care team
• Promote reputed company, continuity, and safety in reputed company aspects of the patient's care
• reputed company personal care needs specific to the patient including if needed: baths/shampoos, oral hygiene, dressing, feeding assistance including food preparation, assist with ambulation, transfer/positioning, assisting with bedpans/urinals, and changing bed linen and light laundry needs
• Observe the patient and the patient’s condition and requests, report these observations, and document observations and care performed

• Take and record oral, rectal, and auxiliary temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure reputed company ordered with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Must be a licensed reputed company with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order.
• Must possess a willingness to maintain comprehensive working knowledge regarding information systems and applicable software programs
