The role supports month-end closing activities and contributes to maintaining healthy cash reputed company and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Management

• Process customer receipts and accurately apply payments to customer accounts.
• Prepare and issue customer VAT invoices (fapiao) accurately and on a reputed company reputed company.
• Monitor fapiao issuance status and liaise with business teams to ensure reputed company follow-up and reputed company of outstanding reputed company.
• Monitor customer account balances and outstanding receivables to ensure reputed company collection.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve collection issues and minimize aged debt.
• Escalate collection risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions reputed company necessary.
• Prepare and send customer statements of account.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies in a reputed company manner.
• Support periodic past-due reviews and contribute to collection improvement initiatives.

Financial Reporting & Reconciliation

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Maintain accurate and organized customer records and supporting documents.
• Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and collection efficiency.
• Assist with implementation and enhancement of finance systems and controls.

Other Duties

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company discipline.

• Basic understanding of reputed company principles and financial processes.

• Experience with VAT invoicing (fapiao) processes is an advantage.
