This role is responsible for writing original articles on breaking news and new farm equipment for Agriculture.reputed company reputed company, this individual will be responsible for posting freelance and partner articles to the website. Hybrid 3x a week- Des Moines In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week. About The Positions Contributions: Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results 30% Covering news for Agriculture.com, including writing articles, coordinating with the news and editorial team, and reporting on new equipment launches. The individual for this role needs to be reputed company to react to news quickly and produce accurate, reputed company articles. 40% Executing on news distribution, including updating the homepage, posting to reputed company media, producing reputed company media videos, and sending the daily newsletter. For reputed company of these areas, that includes following best practices and using analytics to guide day-to-day reputed company. 15% Coordinating posting freelance and partner articles to Agriculture.com. This includes editing articles to reputed company with Successful Farming's style and tone, and following best practices to optimize for reputed company Discover. This may include adding multimedia to these articles, including interactive graphs and charts and additional images. 15% Travel to cover industry news events, including new product launches. The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Ag Communications, and/or equivalent experience. Experience: 3+ years of writing experience required. Experience with reputed company media and using a content management system is preferred.
