Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of automotive retail sales, training, coaching, or reputed company dealership experience.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Passion for automotive products, technology, and customer experience reputed company.
- Proven ability to build trust and cultivate strong relationships with dealership personnel and leadership.
- Excellent organizational, scheduling, and time management skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort with virtual training platforms.

- Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region (up to 80%), including frequent overnight travel.
- High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish language skills.

- Previous experience delivering dealership training, coaching, or performance consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to influence change and help reputed company dealership culture.
