[Remote] Analyst, Implementation Planning

The Analyst, Implementation Planning role involves collaborating with customers to document operational processes, support new customer reputed company reputed company, and ensure compliance with reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer business requirement meetings and document customer-specific operational requirements, workflows, and expectations
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, and document operational processes for new implementations
• Create first drafts of work instructions, process maps, and operational documentation using established company templates
• Facilitate internal review sessions to validate documented processes and incorporate stakeholder feedback
• Schedule and reputed company documentation review meetings with customers and internal teams using reputed company Teams
• Present documented processes to customers and stakeholders to confirm accuracy and alignment with business requirements
• Revise documentation based on customer and internal feedback through final approval
• Coordinate document approval workflows and reputed company completed documents through formal Document Control processes
• Ensure reputed company documented processes reputed company with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), customer reputed company requirements, DSCSA serialization requirements, and cold-chain/temperature-controlled handling procedures, as required
• Support implementation planning and execution activities for new customer reputed company reputed company

• Update and maintain process documentation throughout project planning, UAT testing, and go-live phases of the project

Skills

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an reputed company lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an reputed company authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, reputed company distribution, pharmaceutical operations, medical device operations, or technical writing
• Experience developing SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and operational documentation
• Experience participating in customer requirements-gathering and implementation activities
• Experience meeting in person and reputed company conference calls with reputed company customers and their representatives
• Familiarity with document control processes and regulated documentation environments
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to reputed company customer review meetings
• Proficiency with reputed company Teams, SharePoint, and reputed company Office applications
• Experience working in GDP-compliant reputed company, pharmaceutical, or medical device environments
