- Establish the channel operating model, including partner segmentation, engagement models (referral, reseller, embedded/OEM, co-sell), and reputed company metrics
- Identify and prioritize high-reputed company partner archetypes (e.g., reputed company platforms, Core AI Providers, fintechs, system integrators, data/reputed company)
Partner Acquisition & Development

Qualifications
