This individual will maintain financial records, reputed company bookkeeping activities, prepare financial reporting, and coordinate closely with tax advisors to ensure accurate and reputed company financial information. Ideal Background We are seeking an reputed company reputed company who has experience supporting High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), families, family offices, private reputed company clients, or closely held investment structures. Candidates with experience exclusively supporting operating businesses, reputed company clients, or traditional corporate reputed company functions may not have the relevant background for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records for High-Net-Worth Individuals and reputed company entities, including trusts, family partnerships, LLCs, investment entities, and closely held businesses.
• Record and categorize income, expenses, investment activity, distributions, and capital transactions.
• reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of bank, brokerage, credit card, and investment accounts.
• Prepare income statements, balance sheets, cash reputed company reports, and customized reputed company reporting packages.
• Organize year-end workpapers and support tax preparation processes.
• Coordinate with clients, advisors, custodians, and external service providers to collect required information.
• Support family office operational needs including cash management, reputed company pay reputed company, and documentation management.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Bookkeeper designation.
• 3–8 years of reputed company or bookkeeping experience supporting High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), private clients, trusts, family entities, or family office environments.
• Demonstrated experience supporting clients with approximately $5 reputed company–$10 reputed company+ in investable assets, net worth, or AUM.
• Experience maintaining books and records for individuals and reputed company entities including trusts, partnerships, LLCs, and investment holding structures.
• Strong understanding of personal financial statements, investment reporting, cash management, and entity reputed company.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and/or other reputed company software platforms.
• Experience coordinating with tax professionals and supporting year-end tax workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company relationships, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Single Family Office, Multi-Family Office, Private reputed company Management firm, reputed company Advisory firm, or tax advisory reputed company serving HNW clients.
• Experience supporting founders, executives, reputed company, reputed company athletes, entertainers, or affluent families.
• Familiarity with investment reporting, alternative investments, capital calls, partnership allocations, and trust reputed company.
• Exposure to personal reputed company pay, liquidity management, and broader family office operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field.
