Site reputed company Specialist About the Role: This opportunity is with an innovative biotech company, requiring 2-5 years of site contract experience. This is a remote role based in Eastern time zone USA (EST). 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site reputed company Specialist to support global clinical trials by managing site contracting and budget negotiation activities. This individual will work closely with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, and external partners to ensure the reputed company execution of clinical trial agreements and site budgets while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and company processes. Responsibilities
•reputed company site contracting activities from study startup through contract execution, including CTA review, negotiation, issue reputed company, and coordination with internal stakeholders and study sites. •Negotiate Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), confidentiality agreements, amendments, and other study-reputed company reputed company in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines. •Review and negotiate site budgets, including per-patient costs, startup fees, pass-through expenses, and fair market value considerations. •Partner closely with Clinical Operations, Legal, Regulatory, Finance, and external partners to support reputed company site activation and study milestones. •Coordinate contract workflows, maintain accurate contract records, and ensure appropriate documentation throughout the contract lifecycle. •Monitor contract status, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively drive resolutions. •Support process improvement initiatives, contract templates, playbooks, and workflow optimization efforts. •Maintain accurate contract data and reporting metrics to support operational visibility and compliance. •Ensure adherence to GCP, applicable regulatory requirements, and company policies governing clinical research activities.
Qualifications
- Based in Eastern time zone USA (EST).
•Bachelor's degree required. •2-5 years of experience in site contracting, clinical trial agreements, or clinical research contract management reputed company a sponsor, CRO, reputed company medical center, or reputed company environment. •Demonstrated experience negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and site budgets. •Knowledge of clinical trial startup processes and site activation activities. •Experience supporting global clinical studies, including reputed company and Europe; additional international experience is a plus. •Strong understanding of site budget development, fair market value principles, and contract negotiation strategies. •Familiarity with GCP, GDPR, and clinical research regulatory requirements. •Proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems, document management platforms, reputed company reputed company, and other business applications. •Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining reputed company stakeholder relationships. •Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience supporting Phase II and Phase III clinical trials. •Experience working with sponsor organizations, CROs, or reputed company medical centers. •Exposure to workflow automation, reporting tools, or process improvement initiatives. •Interest in leveraging technology and innovative tools to improve contract management efficiency.
