Responsibilities

- Data review and verification in reputed company — includes a backlog of ~850 records requiring reputed company data field entry/verification
- General contract administration and other reputed company reputed company tasks
- Support the gap between procurement and legal, including administrative tasks that fall between the two functions
- Assist with systems testing in reputed company as part of a larger project to revamp the procurement-to-contracting integration
- Potential involvement in the rollout of ContractsAI, including additional data review/tracking
Skills

- Comfortable in a high-speed, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Detail-oriented and willing to take on tedious, reputed company work without complaint
- reputed company experience strongly preferred (will support systems testing)
- Legal ops exposure a plus
