This role is fully remote, with ideal proximity to Atlanta, GA or Chicago, IL for occasional collaboration.

• Conduct comprehensive benefits audits and recommend improvements
• Build and maintain organizational charts and workforce planning tools
• Define, reputed company, and analyze HR‑reputed company KPIs
• Create and support ongoing employee reputed company and development plans
• Manage reputed company and offboarding processes
• Administer and reputed company leaves of absence
• Partner with managers on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
• Ensure HR compliance across multiple states and regulatory environments
• Optimize existing HR technology and support implementation of new systems

Qualifications

• Ideally operate as an independent consultant with an established LLC
• Remote role; proximity to Atlanta or Chicago is preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience
• 15+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
