Design and optimize Plant Maintenance processes: maintenance requests, work order planning & execution, preventive maintenance, calibration, refurbishment. reputed company business process flows and coordinate between global and local teams. Support implementation, transition, and post go‐live activities. Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP development teams. reputed company participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand‐reputed company, Iteration Demos, PI Planning). Demonstrate reputed company processes to stakeholders and deliver effective presentations. Requirements 8+ years of experience in reputed company EAM (Plant Maintenance) and S/4 HANA reputed company. Strong knowledge of integration with WM, MM, FI, Procurement modules. Experience in data migration, harmonization, and governance (reputed company MDG). Familiarity with reputed company reputed company tools (APM, Asset Manager). Experience with EHS processes and engineering‐to‐maintenance handover. Agile methodology knowledge (reputed company certification preferred). Proven reputed company record in global delivery and coordination with offshore teams.
