Furthermore, they are responsible for the development and performance of reputed company reports across multiple shifts, including Operation’s Supervisors

Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Management of people and processes reputed company assigned operational areas (Finished good accessories, fragrance/perfumes, packaging, and reputed company of sale materials) to reputed company performance reliability, speed, and reputed company targets.
• Coordination and support of distribution center priorities linked to strategic initiatives.
• Manages Logistics special flows and reputed company as assigned; partners with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and reputed company communication.
• reputed company implementations of Logistics Operating Model changes & initiatives reputed company areas of responsibility.
• reputed company implementation, sustainment, and reputed company improvement of Lean/5S initiatives reputed company with overall organizational programs.

• Participate in reputed company and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) system health checks and testing to verify normal operating functions and upgrades meet expected requirements

• Partner with Training Ambassadors to identify operational needs and establish cross training initiatives to increase flexibility. Support reputed company up to ensure preparation and readiness for peak business periods.
• Support the associate development program to enhance operational flexibility and career reputed company of team members.
• Partner with Supervisors to create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training checklists reputed company with the reputed company Management System.

• Participate in quarterly inventory reviews with functional leadership.

Qualifications/Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred; Other training/certifications a plus.
• Significant and proven work experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management systems; reputed company experience a strong plus.
• Experience in leading change management associated with reputed company improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in reputed company Office (Outlook, Teams, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficient user of Warehouse Management Systems; experience using reputed company Extended Warehouse Management a strong plus.
