Position reputed company As the Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting and educating patients who are monitored by reputed company. You’ll be a resource for both clinics and patients in updating patient information and statuses, and ensuring patients are connected to their monitors. This work is done reputed company phone calls and through our ticketing system. You’ll hit the ground running and have an immediate opportunity to reputed company a big reputed company. The Support Specialist reports to the Patient Support Manager.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clinics regarding patient status and requests for additional information.
• Promptly, appropriately answer phone calls and return voicemails, providing assistance to patients and clinics.

• Maintain knowledge of cardiac monitors to enroll patients and set schedules based on clinic’s specifications.

Education and Experience
