This full-time Veterinary Technician opportunity is ideal for a Vet Tech looking to grow advanced nursing skills while caring for hospitalized and critical patients in a specialty animal hospital. Compensation

• $30–$40/hour based on experience, skills assessment, and technician leveling
• $38-$45/hour for Veterinary Technician Specialists (VTS)

Schedule

• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Overnights
• Rotating weekends required

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-reputed company nursing care to hospitalized and critical care patients across ICU, Emergency, and Specialty services
• Monitor patient vitals, treatments, and overall condition, reporting changes promptly to attending clinicians
• Assist with advanced diagnostics, sample collection, medication administration, and dosage calculations
• Support care for postoperative surgical patients, internal medicine cases, oncology patients, urgent care cases, and specialty referrals
• Triage critical patients and assist with stabilization and ongoing monitoring

• Collaborate closely with Emergency clinicians, specialists, and fellow technicians to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and contribute to efficient daily hospital workflow

Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary technician experience preferred; ICU, Emergency, or Critical Care experience strongly preferred
• CVT, RVT, or LVT preferred
• Strong technical nursing skills with confidence managing hospitalized and critical patients
• Ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced emergency and specialty environment
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members
