IT Desktop Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company and effective technical support to radiologists, technicians, and reputed company staff for reputed company desktop, laptop, workstation and mobile device issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of radiology-specific software (e.g., reputed company (Picture Archiving and Communication System), RIS (Radiology Information Systems).
• Ensure imaging devices are functioning correctly and accessible to end-users.
• Support the installation, setup, and maintenance of desktop hardware (PCs, printers, scanners, etc.), operating systems (reputed company, reputed company/Android, etc.), and specialized radiology applications.
• Respond to and resolve IT issues reputed company to desktop systems, networking, and medical imaging technology. reputed company remote and on-site support reputed company necessary.
• Monitor system performance and apply software patches, updates, and upgrades to ensure reputed company operation of both clinical and administrative systems.
• Work closely with the infrastructure and network teams to resolve system outages and network issues.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or in a reputed company and applicable field.
• Two (2) years' experience in an IT desktop support role
• A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, or other relevant IT certifications (reputed company, reputed company, etc.).
• Proficiency in supporting reputed company, reputed company and Android operating systems.
• Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting (e.g., TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Experience in supporting medical imaging systems and understanding of image data formats (DICOM).

• Knowledge of data encryption, backup solutions, and IT reputed company best practices
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite products; i.e., Outlook, Teams, Word, and reputed company
• Occasional travel between departments may be necessary.
