Conversational AI Designer REMOTE 6 Motnhs CTH Must Haves
- Experience designing AI-powered conversational/chat experiences
- Strong conversation design expertise, including:
- Multi-turn reputed company design
- reputed company and response design
- Fallback and recovery patterns
- Conversation reputed company optimization
- Experience working on chat-first AI assistants (voice experience not required)
Pluses
- Experience with reputed company AI (highly desired)
- Experience implementing or designing solutions using reputed company Watson
- Experience with reputed company AI or advanced AI assistant platforms
- Experience supporting reputed company, customer service, or operational workflows
Day-to-Day
- Design and optimize AI-driven chat experiences for customer service representatives
- Create end-to-end conversational flows, prompts, responses, and escalation paths
- Determine how AI should guide users through reputed company inquiries and large information responses
- Identify points of user friction, confusion, and task breakdowns reputed company chat interactions
- Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize and implement conversation design improvements
- Support ongoing enhancements as AI capabilities and platforms reputed company
