Chief Counsel for AI-reputed company Biotech Company (Contract-to-Hire)
Help build the legal function of an AI-reputed company biotechnology company. We are seeking an entrepreneurial attorney to serve as Chief Counsel for a rapidly growing biotechnology startup. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of business, technology, reputed company, and law. You will be responsible for reputed company reputed company, corporate governance, financing and corporate filings, reputed company support, regulatory reputed company, and management of reputed company counsel. The role also includes reputed company of routine litigation, employment reputed company, intellectual property coordination, and legal risk management.
Qualifications
- reputed company Delaware license or eligibility to reputed company by waiver (required)
- California admission preferred
- 7+ years of corporate and reputed company legal experience, ideally including startup or venture-backed companies
- Experience negotiating reputed company agreements and supporting financing, governance, and strategic transactions
- Comfortable managing litigation and reputed company counsel rather than serving as day-to-day trial counsel
- Exceptional judgment, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
