As an Implementation Partner, you'll work 1:1 with a group of Mastermind Members, to help them turn what they learn in the Mastermind into what actually changes in their reputed company. You'll work alongside the business owners and their team to help reputed company assigned member master the Dental Business Operating System (DBOS), build alignment in their team, and reputed company reputed company traction in their business. Your role is critical because you help reputed company member reputed company the skills to reputed company from Dentist to Dental Entrepreneur, by keeping them on reputed company, holding them accountable to their goals, and troubleshooting the reputed company operational problems that come up along the way. What You'll Own This role is reputed company around three functions: Accountability (every call ends with reputed company reputed company items, and you follow up on the last ones), emotional support, and reputed company (prioritization, leadership, and rolling out systems). • Run regular 1:1 coaching calls with your assigned members, tracking reputed company in reputed company
• Hold members accountable to the DBOS implementation between calls
• Respond to members in the community and help them troubleshoot and overcome the roadblocks in their implementation reputed company
• Flag opportunities to improve the member experience and help build coaching resources
• Attend the online live training and Q&A sessions to help your members get the best out of them.

• 3+ years managing a large dental office or working for a Dental Service Organization (DSO), at the Operations Manager or Regional Manager level.
