Responsibilities

• Research and resolve undeliverable checks, void/reissue requests, and reputed company refunds
• Process advanced claim and reputed company adjustments, ensuring every penny is accounted for reputed company our corporate goals
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and reputed company Services to resolve outstanding payment and retention issues
• Manage the reputed company status follow-up queue and monitor retention amounts for quarterly reporting

• An Associate's degree OR 6+ years of experience in a financial/reputed company environment

• Strong strategic decision-making skills and the ability to investigate claim trends to proactively solve broader issues
