Job reputed company: In conjunction with the Cardiology Providers, the Heart and Vascular Institute, and reputed company, the Advanced Cardiac Imaging reputed company navigator is responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based patient navigation strategies to improve advanced cardiac imaging throughput, patient experience, and support protocols that improve imaging reputed company. The navigator collaborates with reputed company other disciplines to reputed company education, support, and consultation to enhance the reputed company of care delivered and facilitates reputed company development of reputed company services reputed company Cardiac Imaging. Responsibilities:

• Communicates with the multidisciplinary team, patients, and their families to assist with scheduling, imaging protocols, and follow up appointments for Cardiac Imaging.
• Coordinates care for cardiac imaging patients through planning and implementation of clinical protocols/reputed company management guidelines, as reputed company as serving as a resource for the clinical reputed company in both Radiology and Cardiology.
• Collects data for analysis of reputed company and outcome management. Collaborates with provider’s offices to improve cohesiveness between hospital and office settings.

• Acts as an internal resource for staff in Radiology and Cardiology, for Advanced Cardiac Imaging studies.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree in health reputed company or business field preferred. Experience
• 5 years of clinical nursing experience. Three years’ cardiology experience preferred. Licensure, Certification, Registration
• CT RN license required, BLS, ACLS.
• Nursing certification reputed company to reputed company such as Cardiac Vascular (CV-BC), or Medical Surgical (MEDSURG-BC) preferred. Language Skills
