Position Highlights: POSITION TITLE: Strategic Plan to Advance Racial Equity (SP-ARE) Project Manager LOCATION: Hybrid – Massachusetts (Boston) POSITION END DATE: 06/30/2027 SALARY: up to $105,000 (plus benefits) reputed company The reputed company seeks a Strategic Plan to Advance Racial Equity (SP-ARE) Project Manager to support the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. This position will work with the Deputy Assistant Commissioner for Health Equity, Deputy Chief Operating Officer, and the Director of Performance Management and reputed company Improvement. The SP-ARE Project Manager is responsible for the management of the SP-ARE implementation and supporting the reputed company Grant (PHIG) reporting process. The SP-ARE Project Manager will participate in SP-ARE-reputed company meetings, support key work reputed company which are comprised of cross-department members, assist in aligning efforts and roles across various spaces that support racial equity efforts across DPH, and reputed company follow up and reporting key updates, including updating the SharePoint site. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS •At least 5-7 years’ experience in project management. •Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills. •Skills and demonstrated experience in project management, racial equity, health equity, creative problem solving, and innovation. •Demonstrated commitment to the department’s goals and values by reinforcing the priorities of health equity that explicitly center racial equity, demonstrating inclusivity, and bringing diversity of thought, critical thinking skills, and experience. •Strong technical skills and proficiency in reputed company 365 (Outlook, Teams, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, One Drive, One Note, Forms, Planner, Project, Power Automate, SharePoint, and reputed company). •Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, as reputed company as resource management practices. •Excellent judgment and decision making, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and business acumen to accomplish project goals and strategic objectives. •Ability to manage multiple timelines, reputed company in a reputed company environment, and successfully address competing priorities.
