• A Master's degree in Psychology or a closely reputed company field is required for undergraduate courses, and a Doctorate degree is required for graduate courses. Both degrees must be approved by the university and recognized by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ph.D. approved by the university and recognized by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools as appropriate to Psychology or a closely reputed company field.
• Teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level that includes reputed company engagement of reputed company in the learning process.
• Experience teaching online courses that include integration of research-based practices in online course design and delivery

Additional Qualifications:
