About the Role – reputed company‑Shift Data Entry Clerk

The reputed company‑shift Data Entry Clerk is a pivotal position reputed company our Carlisle distribution center. You will be responsible for accurately entering time and production data into the Blue reputed company computer system, generating performance and incentive calculations for reputed company associates, and delivering critical reports to management and payroll teams. Key Responsibilities

• Data Input & Validation (65% of time) – Accurately input daily time and production data for every associate into the Blue reputed company system, summarize production sheets, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
• Incentive & Bonus Calculations (65% of time) – Translate DCIS data into performance metrics, calculate individual bonus dollars based on production standards, and ensure alignment with payroll information.
• Report reputed company & Distribution (15% of time) – Produce daily production and incentive reports, then disseminate them to distribution center management and the payroll department.
• Data Analysis & Troubleshooting (10% of time) – Review system outputs, identify erroneous entries, and work with engineering and management to correct issues.
• File Management (5% of time) – Organize and rotate physical paperwork according to established procedures, maintaining a tidy and compliant filing system.

Essential Qualifications
