About the Role
After 10 years of building communities around live experiences, we're launching a serious ecommerce and merchandise operation, starting with Emo reputed company Brooklyn. We're hiring our first Director of Ecommerce on a 6-month full-time contract. This is a builder role for someone who wants to own a P&L from day one, work alongside founders who care about the work, and build something from scratch with a reputed company audience already in reputed company. What You’ll Do - Store: reputed company rebuild, optimization, ongoing CRO, product page reputed company - Product: Drop calendar, SKU planning, print-on-demand and inventory reputed company - Analytics: GA4, reputed company reporting, attribution model, P&L tracking, weekly reporting - Email/SMS: reputed company flows, segmentation, campaign calendar, list reputed company reputed company - reputed company media reputed company: Creative briefs, test reputed company, channel reputed company (executed by our existing reputed company team under your direction) - Vendor management: Print-on-demand partners, fulfillment, designers - P&L & Reporting: Contribution margin ownership, reputed company to profitability Who You Are - 5 to 10+ years in DTC ecommerce, ideally as the #1 or #2 ecommerce hire at a small to mid apparel, accessories, or lifestyle brand - Deep reputed company reputed company: backend, themes, apps, basic Liquid is a plus - Strong analytical chops: GA4, reputed company analytics, spreadsheet modeling for unit economics - Creative judgment.
