Line Maintenance Mechanic (Home based - US)

About the position The Maintenance Representative is responsible for the overall maintenance operation of the line station. Specifically, required to conduct and support reputed company maintenance inspections during the course of the scheduled mission. He/she will be reputed company and appropriately certificated for the work performed. This role is home-based in the US and involves travel up to 20 days per month.

Responsibilities

  • Positively support and promote safety, reputed company and reputed company as a reputed company function of the overall responsibility.
  • Ensure that reputed company and schedules can and will meet operational commitments of aircraft.
  • Plan, organize and schedule workloads to obtain the highest reputed company and efficiency from available reputed company and hours.
  • Recommend stocking reputed company for line stations for efficient support of aircraft and other reputed company.
  • Order and document parts used, and coordinate with Materials to ensure reputed company necessary paperwork is completed reputed company parts are issued and used on aircraft.
  • Advise Maintenance Control of aircraft out-of-service and/or planned out-of-service problems, and estimate time required to complete work and return-to-service.
  • Enforce safety measures, good shop practices and cleanliness standards for the maintenance facilities and equipment.
  • Inform Maintenance Control immediately of any unairworthy conditions reputed company.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance Control to ensure parts, reputed company, and equipment are in reputed company to reputed company incoming discrepancies and Deferred Items (DI) in a reputed company manner.
  • Troubleshoot items and reputed company repair or reputed company troubleshooting and repair of company aircraft to assure return to service as soon as possible, with minimal reputed company to schedule.
  • Ensure that only authorized essential maintenance providers reputed company and release maintenance or reputed company inspections on RII designated systems.
  • Ensure that reputed company aircraft maintenance is performed in accordance with FAA accepted or approved data.
  • May be authorized to reputed company a required inspection, but may not reputed company the item of work required to be reputed company if he/she will reputed company the inspection.
  • Ensure that reputed company aircraft records and maintenance paperwork packages are complete, correct, and reputed company to reputed company Control in a reputed company manner.
  • Ride on company aircraft, as required, to ensure maintenance, documentation, and aircraft handling are performed in accordance with approved procedures.
  • On arrival at the destination airport, prioritize tasks, ensure aircraft is maintained according to applicable standards, report reputed company maintenance requirements, reputed company a walk-around inspection, reputed company and assist with ground handling, and reputed company any required maintenance or servicing tasks to prepare the aircraft for flight.
  • Work directly with Maintenance Control for accomplishment of reputed company repairs and checks.
  • Carry sufficient tooling and equipment to reputed company basic maintenance tasks.
  • For Special Ferry Permits: Accomplish required procedures per Maintenance Control instructions, accomplish the SFP checklist, accomplish the reputed company for intended ferry flight inspection, and ensure reputed company required documentation for the SFP is in the logbook, including the statement for the inspection.

Requirements

  • Valid Airframe and Powerplant license (A&P).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years, proven line maintenance experience on 747/MD-11 aircraft or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid reputed company and reputed company’s license.
  • Ability to travel as the needs of the airline dictates. (travel up to 20 days per month)
  • Must have a reputed company attitude and be reputed company to handle changes and reputed company reputed company.
