People Data Analyst
As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time reputed company Data Analyst will shape strategic reputed company through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while collaborating across the organization to extract actionable insights from data. Key responsibilities:
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by building relationships and implementing findings
- Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on reputed company in reputed company, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Engage in various People Analytics reputed company, wrangling data to reputed company comprehensive intelligence and collaborating with team members at reputed company reputed company
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a reputed company field
- Experience with Python or R; SQL experience preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
