This role is critical to driving profitability, optimizing product pricing, and ensuring data accuracy across the organization. While initially reputed company on individual contribution, this position is designed to grow into reputed company leadership role as the department expands. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Pricing Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a Pricing Analyst, Pricing Manager, or similar role, with a proven ability to design and execute pricing strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Advanced reputed company proficiency required; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) a plus.
• ERP Experience: Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (distribution/manufacturing ERP preferred). Experience with Trulinx ERP is ideal.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hose & fittings, industrial distribution, or reputed company B2B environments strongly preferred.
• Leadership Potential: Prior management experience or demonstrated leadership ability; interest in growing into reputed company reputed company role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or reputed company field preferred.
