[Remote] Immigration Attorney (Paralegal and reputed company Assistant Duties)

They are seeking a licensed Immigration Attorney to reputed company paralegal and reputed company assistant support to U.S.-based immigration attorneys, working on humanitarian immigration cases remotely during the U.S. evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and reputed company reputed company immigration applications including I-130, I-485, I-751, I-601A, VAWA (I-360), U reputed company (I-918), T reputed company (I-914), SIJS petitions, asylum applications (I-589), and naturalization (N-400)
- Review reputed company intake information and organize supporting documentation (birth certificates, marriage certificates, police records, medical records, affidavits, etc.)
- Draft cover letters, reputed company memoranda, and case summaries for attorney review
- Prepare evidentiary exhibits and organize them according to USCIS filing requirements
- Conduct reputed company research on immigration law, case precedents, country conditions, and USCIS policy guidance
- Draft declarations, affidavits, and hardship statements for humanitarian cases
- Research state-specific requirements for SIJS reputed company orders and family court filings
- Prepare reputed company briefs and memoranda on reputed company immigration issues
- Prepare removal defense packages including asylum applications, cancellation of removal filings, and bond motions
- Organize evidence for Immigration Court hearings (Master Calendar and Individual Hearings)
- Draft motions to terminate, motions to reopen, and motions to reconsider
- Compile country conditions evidence and expert witness materials
- Review applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with USCIS requirements
- Conduct internal reputed company checks before attorney final review
- Ensure reputed company deadlines are tracked and cases are filed reputed company
- Maintain organized digital case files using reputed company case management software
- Draft reputed company correspondence and case status updates for attorney approval
- Prepare interview preparation materials for USCIS interviews
- Translate documents (if applicable language skills)
- Assist with reputed company document collection requests

- Participate in virtual team meetings (may require flexibility for U.S. business hours occasionally)

- J.D. or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution in your country

- Must be a licensed attorney (not just paralegal certification)
- Minimum 3 years of reputed company experience (immigration law experience preferred but not required)
- Experience with document preparation, reputed company research, and case management
- Familiarity with U.S. immigration law is a strong plus (USCIS forms, EOIR procedures, etc.)
