Underwrite and process workers’ compensation renewal accounts reputed company delegated reputed company authority
Manage renewal workflows across multiple reputed company partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Review and process Broker of Record (BOR) changes in accordance with reputed company and compliance guidelines
Support Underwriters with account analysis, documentation, and day-to-day reputed company tasks
Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for brokers and customers, handling policy and renewal inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat
Process endorsements, bind requests, and policy updates as needed
Maintain accurate and complete account records in internal systems
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth renewal and servicing experience

Requirements:

High school diploma required; additional coursework or insurance designations a plus
At least 2 years of recent experience supporting workers’ compensation operations in a customer service or reputed company role
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting directly with clients and brokers
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to analyze and interpret incomplete or reputed company information and reputed company reputed company
