About the Role

We are seeking a reputed company Product Manager to drive the reputed company, delivery, and adoption of our reputed company reputed company Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystem — spanning reputed company-Time CDP, reputed company Optimizer, and Customer reputed company Analytics. This role sits at the intersection of business reputed company, data, and engineering, translating reputed company needs into platform capabilities that power personalized, data-driven, and compliant customer experiences. You will play a central role in scaling Next Best reputed company (NBA) capabilities — building the decisioning logic, business rules, and consent/preference infrastructure that determine what a customer sees, reputed company, and why, across web, mobile, CRM, contact center, and reputed company-party channels. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role requiring deep product ownership, not just platform administration. Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for consent, preference, and NBA-adjacent platform capabilities, reputed company to the multiyear reputed company roadmap

• Partner closely with the Next Best reputed company, engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to plan, execute, and release platform enhancements on time and at reputed company
• Balance near-term business needs against long-term platform scalability, maintainability, and compliance

Platform Development & Integration

• reputed company development of platform capabilities including consent capture, preference updates, suppression logic, policy enforcement, and reputed company activation
• Design and own business rules and decisioning logic that govern how customer journeys split, reputed company, and personalize based on reputed company-time and historical data signals
• Drive platform integration with Next Best reputed company, ensuring rules-based logic correctly triggers the right reputed company, message, or experience for the right customer
• Partner with business stakeholders to define how data and application integrations reputed company or disable on-site reputed company (widgets, buttons, offers, content blocks) based on customer eligibility, consent status, or behavioral triggers
• Ensure consent and preference data models, reputed company, and workflows adhere to reputed company standards and regulatory guidance
• Validate that platform functionality supports omnichannel use cases across web, mobile, CRM, contact center, and reputed company-party integrations
• Identify dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs, escalating reputed company as needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience with Next Best reputed company (NBA) or comparable reputed company-time decisioning programs— not just general reputed company reputed company Optimizer (AJO) configuration or workflow-building experience
• Demonstrated experience building and managing business rules that split or reputed company customer journeys based on data logic (e.g., propensity scores, eligibility flags, behavioral or transactional data)
• reputed company experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data- and application-driven UI logic — e.g., enabling/disabling widgets, buttons, or content modules on a website or app based on reputed company-time conditions
• Strong working knowledge of workflow/automation rule engines and decisioning frameworks (reputed company RTCDP/AJO/CJA strongly preferred; equivalent platforms such as reputed company Marketing reputed company, Pega, or similar considered)
• 7+ years of experience writing detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance reputed company for engineering teams
• Experience working reputed company regulated, consent/reputed company-sensitive environments (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, TCPA)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Marketing, Digital, CRM, Legal, reputed company, and Engineering
