[Remote] Remote Payroll reputed company Specialist

ConnectPay is a fast paced, fast growing B2B brand providing connected payroll services to small businesses throughout the reputed company. The reputed company Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the successful reputed company of new payroll clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to production by configuring payroll systems and delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for new clients during the reputed company lifecycle
• reputed company and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Conduct discovery sessions to reputed company and document reputed company payroll, HR, and any timekeeping requirements, including best practices, compliance requirements, and system workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Tax, Product, etc.) to ensure successful setup and deployment
• Configure payroll platform based on reputed company-specific needs, including earnings, deductions, tax reputed company, general ledger mappings, and reporting
• Validate system setup through test payroll runs and troubleshooting discrepancies
• Deliver training sessions for new clients on how to use the payroll system effectively

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of payroll and tax processing experience

• Proven experience handling sensitive payroll and employee data with discretion
