Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with expectant families through regular home reputed company, family contacts, and individualized family partnership plans.
• Connect families with community resources, referrals, and support services.
• Recruit and enroll eligible expectant mothers, infants, toddlers, and children while maintaining funded enrollment.
• Plan and facilitate parent training, support reputed company, socializations, and family engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate family records and reputed company required data into the program management system.
• Collaborate with education, health, and family services staff to address family needs.
• Participate in community reputed company, recruitment events, staff meetings, and required training.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in reputed company work or reputed company field
• Prior experience preferred
