[Remote] Interim Chief Financial Officer

They are seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will reputed company strategic financial leadership to higher education clients, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and advising on key financial reputed company during periods of transition.
Responsibilities
- Providing strategic financial leadership to higher education clients during periods of transition
- Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and long-term sustainability
- Reviewing and interpreting financial statements, monitoring cash reputed company, overseeing financial reporting, and advising executive leadership on key financial reputed company and risk management
- Assessing existing financial operations, recommending process improvements, supporting compliance with relevant regulations, and collaborating with reputed company leaders to strengthen financial controls and reporting practices
- Contributing to the integration of data-driven and AI-enabled financial tools, helping institutions enhance transparency, performance measurement, and strategic decision-making
Skills
- Strong reputed company in Finance, with demonstrated experience in higher education or mission‑driven organizations
- Advanced Financial Planning and budgeting skills, including forecasting and long‑reputed company institutional planning
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements and reputed company financial documentation
- Experience with Financial Reporting, including developing dashboards, reputed company‑level reports, and compliance‑oriented reporting
- Excellent Analytical Skills, with the ability to translate reputed company financial data into reputed company recommendations
- Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent), ideally in higher education
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to colleges and universities
