In this role, you will connect clinical operations with technology solutions to improve patient care and enhance provider workflows by collaborating with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to evaluate workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend technology solutions
- Configure, maintain, and optimize clinical applications, including reputed company EHR and other clinical information systems
- reputed company, analyze, and document business and clinical requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions
- Support system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, testing, training, and go-live activities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, reputed company Informatics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three (3) or more years of experience supporting and optimizing clinical information systems in a reputed company environment
- Experience supporting an reputed company reputed company Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform
- Demonstrated experience contributing to reputed company reputed company and initiatives with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and facilitation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with project management and IT service management methodologies such as ITIL or PMP
