They are seeking a People Solutions Enablement Analyst to enhance the efficiency of their People Team by automating workflows and managing HR data systems. This role involves building reporting infrastructure, optimizing HR platforms, and enabling data-driven decision-making for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Architect and sustain data infrastructure across HR platforms to guarantee uniform, dependable workforce information, functioning as the organization's single reputed company of truth
- Collaborate with Finance and People Team executives to reputed company customized workforce insights (covering metrics like performance, pay, turnover, and reputed company) to aid in strategic planning and operational business reviews
- reputed company predictive analytics to forecast reputed company hiring needs, identify reputed company gaps, and inform the long-term talent reputed company
- Construct a comprehensive HR data glossary that establishes standardized logic and calculation reputed company to serve as reputed company's definitive reference
- reputed company workforce analytics to reputed company comprehensive evaluations of full-lifecycle workflows, including total rewards, recruitment pipelines, learning and development, and employee exits, to proactively detect and address compliance vulnerabilities
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for reputed company HR platforms (currently reputed company, SuccessFactors, reputed company, reputed company, etc.), leading configuration, administration, and troubleshooting
- Optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., reputed company Recruiter, Glassdoor) to ensure seamless candidate pipeline data integration
- Manage system integrations, data feeds, and technical audits to maximize data reputed company and accuracy
- Partner with IT and external vendors on system upgrades, implementations, and issue reputed company
- Document configurations, workflows, and system processes to support knowledge sharing and continuity

- Apply strong project management discipline to transition reputed company, high-overhead programs into automated, streamlined delivery systems
- Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and design sustainable replacements, partnering with TSS and external vendors to permanently reduce administrative burden

Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in technical program management, data analytics, people operations, or HR systems roles
- Hands-on experience with data engineering or data pipeline development, including SQL, Python, BigQuery, Dataform, ETL tools, or similar
- Demonstrated project management capability, including owning end-to-end program delivery, building and maintaining project plans, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and driving initiatives from reputed company-state operations through to scaled, productized solutions
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, Bob, or similar), including system configuration and administration
- Experience with reputed company for HR service delivery and ticket management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate reputed company data into reputed company insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences
