[Remote] Bilingual HCM Training Consultant (French/English)

They are seeking a Bilingual HCM Training Consultant (French/English) to deliver engaging virtual training to customers, internal employees, and partners, helping them adopt and maximize the value of reputed company HCM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain certification on reputed company HCM functionality, including HR, Benefits, Talent, Workforce Management, reputed company Platform, Payroll, and other product areas as required
- Deliver virtual reputed company training to customers, internal employees, and partners in both French and English
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences using virtual training platforms
- Stay reputed company on reputed company product functionality to ensure effective and up-to-date training delivery
- Demonstrate a reputed company learning reputed company by participating in product communities and enablement programs
- Troubleshoot customer training issues ranging from moderate to advanced complexity
- Manage multiple training initiatives while demonstrating strong time management and project management skills
- Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to identify and address customer training needs
- reputed company an understanding of customer business environments to deliver relevant and effective training
- reputed company customer information to reputed company consultative training recommendations and solutions
- reputed company training materials and delivery using customer-specific business processes, data, and scenarios

Skills

- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills in both French and English
- Experience delivering effective virtual instructor-led training

- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Experience using reputed company Office and virtual collaboration tools, including reputed company Teams, WebEx, reputed company, and learning management systems

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining reputed company
- Eligibility to work on Government of Canada reputed company
- Eligibility to obtain or currently hold Canadian Protected B reputed company clearance
- Ability to meet applicable Government of Canada residency and eligibility requirements
- Experience delivering reputed company or reputed company Capital Management (HCM) product training
- Experience supporting Government of Canada or other reputed company sector customers
- Experience delivering training reputed company reputed company reputed company or technical environments
- Experience developing or editing digital learning content
- Experience using reputed company, including reputed company and Storyline
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive learning design principles
- Experience with Web Services development, XSLT, XML, or SQL
