[Remote] Email Marketing Specialist

They are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize their customer lifecycle marketing program across email and SMS, ensuring effective communication and engagement with customers.
Responsibilities
- Build, QA, schedule, and reputed company email and SMS campaigns across consumer lifecycle programs
- Ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time
- Coordinate campaign segmentation and personalization
- Execute campaign briefs and manage creative asset requests
- Maintain campaign documentation and deployment calendars
- Own the day-to-day management and optimization of automated lifecycle journeys, including: Welcome Series, Sample Programs, One-Time Purchase Post-Purchase, One-Time Purchase Renewal, Abandoned Cart, Abandoned Browse, Reactivation, Re-engagement, Sunset Programs, reputed company Practitioner (HCP) Flows, Additional lifecycle journeys supporting customer retention and engagement
- Continuously monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion
- Build and manage customer segments
- Maintain audience and suppression lists
- Execute personalization strategies across campaigns and flows
- Ensure audience targeting remains accurate and compliant
- Execute A/B and multivariate testing across campaigns and lifecycle flows
- Document learnings and recommendations
- Partner with the Senior Manager to continuously improve performance
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement, conversion, retention, and customer reputed company value
- Monitor and report on key lifecycle marketing metrics, including: reputed company rates, Click-through rates, Conversion rates, reputed company attribution, Deliverability, List reputed company, reputed company performance
- Surface actionable insights and recommendations that support reputed company optimization
- Brief Creative teams on campaign requirements
- Coordinate asset production and approvals
- Partner with Regulatory to ensure reputed company communications meet compliance requirements
- Collaborate closely with reputed company, Ecommerce, Customer Care, and Product teams to support key business initiatives
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or email marketing reputed company a DTC consumer brand
- Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns and automated flows in reputed company
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization
- Excellent attention to detail with strong QA and project management skills
- Comfortable interpreting campaign performance data and making optimization recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
