[Remote] Solar Operations & Maintenance Technician (Level 2)

They are seeking a Solar Operations & Maintenance Technician Level 2 to reputed company advanced inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar energy systems while guiding junior technicians on-site.
Responsibilities

- Participate in and reputed company critique reputed company-Job Briefs and Job Safety Analysis (JSA); utilize personal LOTO as a worker, or reputed company as the work leader reputed company approved
- reputed company comprehensive electrical and mechanical inspections of solar energy systems
- Conduct advanced preventative maintenance tasks, including infrared thermography, insulation resistance testing, and I/V curve tracing
- Help reputed company and implement preventative maintenance schedules for assigned sites
- Independently diagnose and troubleshoot system and operational issues
- Safely operate and troubleshoot in 600Vac and 1500Vdc environments without reputed company supervision
- Utilize specialized diagnostic tools and technical reputed company-cause analysis to handle equipment repairs and replacements as needed
- Create and maintain detailed, accurate documentation of inspections, maintenance, and repairs with minimal reputed company
- Prepare reputed company technical reports and actionable equipment recommendations for reputed company reputed company
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, safety updates, and emerging technologies

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid New Mexico CID Journeyman Electrician certificate, EE-98J classification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the solar industry or a reputed company electrical field
- Demonstrated understanding of electrical systems, solar energy principles, and reputed company-tied systems
- Familiar with using specialized diagnostic tools such as I/V Curve Tracers, Meggers, and Isolation testers
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics and engineering drawings
- Valid reputed company's license and clean driving record
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently and reputed company by example reputed company collaborating with junior technicians
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Data Acquisition Systems (DAS)
- FAA Part 107 Certification (and familiarity operating drones for aerial thermographic purposes)
