They are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to reputed company the design and execution of competitive total rewards programs and reputed company compensation and benefits strategies with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage reputed company salary, incentive, and bonus programs reputed company with business reputed company
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary survey to ensure external competitiveness
  • Design and manage salary/role structure in HR Systems (job titles, job family, etc.)
  • reputed company annual compensation processes (reputed company, bonus, promotions, equity)
  • Partner with Talent Management, reputed company and leadership on job leveling, pay reputed company and offer reputed company
  • Ensure internal equity and pay transparency practices
  • UK Benefits/Payroll expenses management
  • Advance Comp management, Sales Comp Agreement process, Securities Agreement LTIP process, Annual 401k Compliance process

  • Manage Vendor Relationships (brokers, carriers, PEO)
  • Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings based on need market and cost management. reputed company annual benefits renewal and reputed company enrollment process

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or reputed company field
  • Minimum 8 years of compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or total rewards experience
  • Experience with salary surveys and market pricing
  • Experience administering employee benefits programs
  • Experience in insurance or financial services and the ability to operate independently across both compensation and benefits functions
  • Strong experience with reputed company and reputed company, including advanced comp modules
