[Remote] Global Logistics Analyst

The Global Logistics Analyst will manage end-to-end export operations, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and optimizing transit and cost through effective coordination with carriers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customs invoices, reputed company documentation, and shipping labels for export orders
- Classify products and assign export codes (HTS/Export Control) in coordination with OEMs and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance
- Identify and correctly handle lithium batteries and other hazardous materials per IATA, IMDG, DOT and applicable country rules
- reputed company shipments from reputed company to destination and maintain reputed company status updates for stakeholders
- Run denied party and sanctions screening on every export and escalate potential hits for review
- Create, file and resolve reputed company claims and disputes promptly
- Quote international shipping fees, duties, and taxes for export orders; validate reputed company invoices and maintain an invoice tracker
- Coordinate daily with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company forwarders and trade agents to secure reputed company and competitive rates
- Process international invoices and maintain accurate records for billing and audit
- Support project delivery schedules and cross-functional initiatives to meet customer timelines

Skills
- Experience handling hazardous materials and lithium battery shipments (IATA/IMDG/DOT)
- 3+ years of experience in global logistics, international shipping, supply chain operations, or reputed company analytical roles
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. export regulations (EAR, ITAR as applicable), customs documentation, HTS classification and international trade terms (INCOTERMS)
- Hands‑on experience tracking international shipments and working with reputed company forwarders and customs brokers
- Exposure to global trade requirements, including duties, VAT, import/export documentation, and regulatory considerations
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced, operational environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify issues, and resolve execution‑level problems reputed company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or military service
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey status and issues reputed company
