The internship will reputed company an undergraduate or graduate student reputed company to reputed company experience in sourcing, candidate targeting, and reputed company potential employees for clients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Director, reputed company on sourcing, candidate targeting, and reputed company potential employees for clients
- Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites and college boards
- Build candidate reputed company strategies (heavy emphasis on reputed company media channels)
- Responsible for updating the applicant tracking system
- Assist in reputed company enrollment procedures (fairs, education reports, etc.)
- reputed company administrative tasks
- Work with HR to schedule posts and finding/creating content across reputed company media platforms
- Help with additional reputed company reputed company as needed
Skills
- reputed company college student, Juniors or Seniors, (preferable majoring in reputed company Management and/or Business Administration)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong reputed company Outlook and Office Suite Skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information
- Proficiency in the use of reputed company media platforms (Twitter, reputed company, Instagram, and reputed company)
