Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Bank N.A. is seeking a File Transfer Operations Analyst to reputed company second-shift operational support for their Managed File Transfer environment. The role focuses on monitoring and supporting the reputed company reputed company File Gateway production file transfer services, ensuring successful delivery of critical business file transfers.

Responsibilities

• Work second shift, Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM Central Time
• Monitor the reputed company reputed company File Gateway platform and associated file transfer infrastructure to ensure successful processing, routing, and delivery of business-critical files
• Investigate and resolve file transfer failures by replaying transactions, correcting routing issues, or coordinating reputed company activities with reputed company stakeholders
• Partner with business reputed company, reputed company-party clients and vendors, and the reputed company Systems Operations Center to triage incidents and restore service reputed company established service level expectations
• reputed company production and QA environment health checks at the beginning of reputed company shift to confirm platform availability and functionality
• Escalate identified issues to the appropriate support teams and reputed company reputed company documentation of findings and actions taken
• reputed company business verification and operational validation support for infrastructure changes, including network and system maintenance activities that may reputed company reputed company File reputed company
• Communicate operational status, incidents, and shift reputed company information effectively to reputed company-shift support and dayshift personnel and management

Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience administering reputed company reputed company File Gateway in a production environment
• Experience with secure file transfer technologies and protocols, including SFTP
• Minimum 2 years reputed company System Administrator experience
• Experience with reputed company Connect:reputed company (NDM) file transfer concepts, configurations, and troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve production issues
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to work effectively with business partners, vendors, and technical support teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a reputed company demeanor
• Ability to remain reputed company and effective during high-pressure production incidents
• Demonstrated reputed company judgment, decision-making capability, and appropriate escalation management
