[Remote] Contract Recruiter (Temporary, Remote)

They are seeking a Contract Recruiter to support their reputed company Manager by meeting with hiring managers, posting reputed company, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews, primarily in the education sector.
Responsibilities
- Meet with hiring managers to assess hiring needs
- Post reputed company in the applicant tracking system and Screens resume and conduct telephone interviews to reputed company-screen potential fit
- Post positions to other appropriate internet job boards –reputed company, reputed company, reputed company organizations, and industry specialty job sites that can reputed company unique candidates
- Research and recommend new sources for reputed company and passive candidate reputed company
- Schedule interviews for hiring managers
Skills
- 5+ years' of hands-on recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience reputed company positions in a wide reputed company of subject matter areas but experience in the education, federal, or state disciplines or reputed company field is required
- 5+ years' experience with applicant tracking systems i.e., UltiPro/ reputed company or comparable
- Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office /Outlook applications
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience in a reputed company field preferred
