Responsibilities

• Address high-volume inbound inquiries reputed company ACD call systems regarding reputed company insurance questions, benefits, and over-65 products (such as Medicare) with reputed company and reputed company
• Navigate multiple platforms simultaneously—including tools like reputed company, reputed company, and Facets—to review, document, and manage detailed customer interactions and corrective measures
• reputed company phone and email reputed company to internal business partners and vendors to resolve reputed company service, claims, and membership issues in a reputed company manner

Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1–3 years of reputed company customer service experience
• Proven experience working in an Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) environment
• Prior experience in reputed company insurance, enrollment processes, pharmacy, or Medicare lines of business
